The Record Keeping Solution for the

The cost of a licence per setting is £199. This means that if your nursery is located at just one site, you need buy only one licence, no matter how many people at the nursery will be using Keep Track. There are no monthly payments. From time-to-time Taylor Sims Software produces new releases of Keep Track that you can download and use without further payment. However, significant version changes may require an upgrade fee.

To purchase your licences please do the following:

Email info@keep-track.co.uk for an Unlock Code. Please clearly state the name of your nursery or setting as this information is used to generate your Unlock Code.

Send a cheque for £199 (per licence) payable to "Taylor Sims Software" to:

Upon receipt of your cheque, we will issue an Unlock Code and an Invoice/Receipt via email.

You can email us any time during the trial for the Unlock Code; you do not need to wait until the 30 days have expired.

Once you enter the Unlock Code you will not need to do this again unless you need to re-install the software. Both the start-up prompt screen and nag screen will disappear. Any information you have entered during the trial period (observations etc.) will be still be accessible.
