What's New
The Record Keeping Solution for the
Early Years Foundation Stage
We have been working hard to make Keep Track easier and better to use. We have improved many of the existing features and have added new features to make things better for you and your customers. Here are just some things new to Keep Track in version 2.1.

Over 100 extra activities (for all ages) all mapped to the Development Matters.

Colour coded areas of Learning and Development. Now you can tell at a glance how varied your children's plans are and which areas need development.

The ability to record 'Wow!' moments.

A more comprehensive filtering system for observations. E.g. now you can show just observations of a particular activity or type of activity.

The ability to create Learning Stories that contain photographs and text from selected observations.

A place to mange each child's next step and a chance to edit this when recording an observation.

A full-screen slide show of the photographs in your observations. This is great for parents to see at the end of a school day or during an open day.

A smart planning facility that helps you change a child's targets when recording an observation. You can also use the report wizard with your plans so that you can put them in a document or print them.

Buttons that let you rotate your photographs.

A search facility to quickly locate activities in the Activity Manager or when recording an observation. Now you do not need to remember which group an activity is in.

A smart version manager that helps you stay up to date with the release of Keep Track you are using.
